Delivery
Free shipping & returns to Nordic countries and all EU countries
Import taxes & duties included. We PRE-PAY import taxes and duties, so you won't be asked to pay anything upon delivery.
Scarpa accepts payment via MobilePay, Vipps, Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment will only be charged once the item has been dispatched.
All prices are in Danish Kroner and include VAT.
Scarpa uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your account information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read by others.
Scarpa delivers via PostNord, GLS or UPS
Scarpa ships on all weekdays for orders placed before 12:00 noon.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or the last item in your possession in the case of an agreement involving several different items ordered in one order but delivered separately.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notification must be given by email to scarpa@scarpa.dk. In your message, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us clearly.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your wish to cancel the purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the moment of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
Condition of the Item When Returned
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it.
If the item has been tested or used beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you may only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s commercial value.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid. If the item has diminished in value for which you are liable, that amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases.
When shopping with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the situation. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not be caused by improper use or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your return shipping costs.

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact Carsten Stig Nielsen at scarpa@scarpa.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the relevant complaints board, provided the conditions are met.
