Free shipping & returns to Nordic countries and all EU countries
Import taxes & duties included. We PRE-PAY import taxes and duties, so you won't be asked to pay anything upon delivery.
Scarpa accepts payments via MobilePay, Vipps, Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment will only be charged once the item has been dispatched.
All prices are in Danish Kroner and include VAT.
Scarpa uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your account information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read by others.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or the final item in physical possession if your order includes several items delivered separately.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Notification must be sent by email to scarpa@scarpa.dk. In your message, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without clearly notifying us.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
Condition of the Item When Returned
You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, features, and functionality. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store, but not use it for real.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, and in the case of withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all, depending on the item’s commercial value.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount you paid. If the item has lost value due to your handling, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree to another method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or you have provided documentation that it has been returned.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to your purchase.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use or damaging behavior.
You must file your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you file the complaint within two months, it will always be considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and you must obtain a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your return shipping.

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact Carsten Stig Nielsen at scarpa@scarpa.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you may file a complaint with the relevant complaints board, provided the necessary conditions are met.
